With food safety there is a need for continuous improvement, the Australian government (AQIS) is on site at all of our facilities daily to assure high standards are met.

Quality Assurance (or QA) covers all activities from design..., development, production, installation, servicing and documentation. It introduced the sayings "fit for purpose" and "do it right the first time". The main goal of QA is to ensure that the product fulfils or exceeds our customer expectations.

Quality assurance is about managing business processes so that both the supplier and the customer are satisfied with the quality and consistency of the goods or services provided.

Correct packaging of meat is crucial to the overall quality and shelf life of the product. The polythene covering (sheet or bag) must be of a size to adequately secure the meat content for exposure to outer contamination or freezer damage.

With regularly audit, our processors and supply partners ensures only the highest grade of packaging is used for our customers. The methods of packaging and symbols are outlined below.
